The store took over an hour to get my order out the drive through window. When asking about why it was taking so long they said it’s just really busy. As a fast food manager myself I hope they figure it out cause at most stores drive times matter. Just embarrassing to be honest

I don’t know what happened but C’MON BRO Usually it’s quick, easy and always hits the spot, the workers are efficient and never forget anything and it was ALWAYS the go to spot for late night munchies but now we wait over an hour for our food in the drive-through didn’t get our sauces. They half-assed the food and didn’t even give us the full loaded nacho fry portion OF FRIES. And they forgot the fork for the fries.

Taco Bell go back to your lane. You were the cheap late night food option. Your food was never really any good, but it was edible and cheap. This experience tonight ruined the last of any good thoughts I ever had about Taco Bell. First the 25 minutes I had to wait, then the cashier tried arguing with me about what drink I ordered, then the wrong food in my order. While sitting the 6 minutes at the window for my food I watched half a dozen Doordash orders get bagged up and moved to the delivery area. Why are you prioritizing delivery orders for a third party and ignoring the line wrapped around your building to the street?

Food is good but poor customer service. Most staff are too busy making orders or will stand around not offering to help and acknowledge dashers and customers alike. They need to work on better customer service at the counter.

This is one of those rare Taco bells that I would call a unicorn Taco Bell. What does that mean? It's one of the best ones I've ever been in this country. And I travel all over and eat a lot of Taco Bell all the time. The people working here we're very friendly very nice they actually seemed happy like they enjoy their jobs. That is rare in the fast food industry nowadays. All the food I ordered was perfect The proportions were perfect etc. A lot of other stores skimp on things they did not. I appreciate that. To the owner of this restaurant location you have a really good crew I hope you appreciate them. Give them raises. If I lived closer I would come to this location all the time. But I'm on a road trip and passing through. However if I do come through the city again I will definitely stop in. I hope this review gets other people to come here as well.
